Yangnyeom Jang

A delicious relish that goes well with just about everything: for topping guksu; dipping savory Korean pancakes; mixing into bibimbap; braising tofu. It is conveniently customizable, so adjust the varying flavor profiles--spiciness, saltiness, garlicky-ness, chunkiness--accordingly. Keeps well for about a week.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup scallion rings, greens and whites
1/2 yellow onions, finely diced
1 serrano pepper, finely diced
1 fresno pepper, finely diced
5 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Queens Cham Gireum Roasted Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon mirim
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
Maesil or sugar to taste

RECIPE
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Easy!
