Hwe Deop Bap

This is a take on traditional Korean raw fish bibimbap. We love picking up fresh fish at our local fish market and pairing it with Queens Chojang. This simple recipe is all about assembling and putting together the best bits and bobs in a bowl for a very effortless, chic lunch. 

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
6oz king salmon
2oz trout roe
Handful of tender baby greens
Thinly sliced carrot
Thinly sliced gim
Microgreens of your choice
2 cups cooked short-grained white rice
Roasted sesame seeds
Queens Cham Gireum Roasted Sesame Oil
Queens Chojang

RECIPE
Remove the skin from the fish and cut into bite-sized cubes. Scatter the greens between bowls and add rice. Crown the rice with salmon, trout roe, carrot, gim, and microgreens. Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds and finish with a drizzle of Cham Gireum and Chojang.
