Queens Ssam Jang

Our Ssam Jang features two fermented superfood flavors–our organic jujube infused dwenjang and lacto-fermented fresno chilis produced in house with California hot peppers–that are combined with nutrient-dense and antioxidant-rich walnuts to create a powerhouse sauce built for a happy gut. It is ridiculously delicious, addictive, and may likely become the stand-alone sauce that you eat by the spoonful.
