Inspired by gentler, homemade recipes, our Galbi Marinade relies on whole fruit and vegetables to build a flavor base. We process juicy, locally-sourced Shinko pears, Fuji apples, and spicy organic yellow onions in our kitchen and combine these with high quality soy sauce and raw and unfiltered honey from the nectar of native California wildflowers found in the valleys and meadows of the San Francisco Bay Area. The result is a clean and fresh marinade with a taste profile that shines using simply the very best whole and pure-flavored foods.

Creative uses: Apply it over beef short ribs, LA style flanken strips, or thinly sliced ribeye, as well as pork ribs, shoulder, or butt meat. The marinade is best left to soak and absorb overnight and up to 4 days.
